> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.postonce.to/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Analytics: see how each video performs > See views, likes, comments, shares and engagement for every video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook in PostOnce, including posts you made directly on each platform. [Analytics](https://postonce.to/dashboard/analytics) shows how each of your videos does on every platform, whether you posted it with PostOnce or directly in the app. It's included on every plan. The Analytics page with filters, summary cards for views, posts, likes, comments, shares, saves, engagement rate and accounts, and a metrics chart 1. **Filters**: choose accounts, platforms, videos or photos, and the date range (last 30 days by default, up to a year). 2. **Summary**: views, posts published, likes, comments, shares, saves, engagement rate and accounts posted to, each compared with the previous period. 3. **Chart**: add metrics with **Add**. Under **Settings**, show them by day, week or month, as lines or bars, per period or as a running total. Click a column to zoom into that period. ## Supported platforms TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook Pages. Your 30 most recent posts made directly on each platform are included, alongside everything posted through PostOnce. | Platform | Metrics | | - | - | | TikTok | Views, likes, comments, shares | | YouTube | Views, likes, comments | | Instagram | Likes and comments, plus views, shares and saves when Instagram provides them | | Facebook | Views, reactions (as likes), comments | **Engagement rate** is likes, comments, shares and saves divided by views. Only posts with view counts are included. ## Every video, every platform Top accounts, By platform, Posting activity and When your videos do best cards * The video table lists each video with its views on every platform and a score compared with your median video (1.0x = typical). Sort by score, total views or newest. * **Top accounts**, **By platform**, **Posting activity** and **When your videos do best** show where and when your videos perform. * **Share this result** creates an image of a video's results, sized for social media. ## How fresh the numbers are Numbers are refreshed about once an hour. The page shows when it last loaded. If an account needs reconnecting, its numbers are left out and a notice says "Reconnect … to include their numbers." [Reconnect it](/help/reconnect-an-account) to bring them back. ## Still stuck?
