# Connect your social accounts

> How to connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest and Google Drive to PostOnce, remove an account, and how many accounts each plan allows.

Open [Accounts](https://postonce.to/dashboard/accounts) and click **Connect** next to the platform. The platform shows its own login screen where you approve access. PostOnce never sees or stores your social media passwords.

You can connect several accounts on the same platform. Each platform has its own requirements:

| Platform | What you need | Guide |
| - | - | - |
| Instagram | A Business or Creator account | [Instagram](/help/platforms/instagram) |
| Facebook | A Facebook Page you manage. Personal profiles can't be connected. | [Facebook Pages](/help/platforms/facebook) |
| LinkedIn | A personal profile, or Company Pages where you're an admin | [LinkedIn](/help/platforms/linkedin) |
| YouTube | A Google account that owns a YouTube channel | [YouTube](/help/platforms/youtube) |
| Bluesky | An app password, not your main password | [Bluesky](/help/platforms/bluesky) |
| Threads | Be signed in to the right profile on threads.net | [Threads](/help/platforms/threads) |
| TikTok, X, Pinterest | A normal account | [TikTok](/help/platforms/tiktok), [X](/help/platforms/x), [Pinterest](/help/platforms/pinterest) |
| Google Drive | A Google account, for backups and image imports | [Google Drive](/help/platforms/google-drive) |

Managing accounts for clients? Send them a [client invite link](/help/client-invite-links) instead of asking for their login.

## How many accounts you can connect

| Plan | Social accounts |
| - | - |
| Free trial | 5 |
| Creator | 15 |
| Pro | 50 |
| Agency | 200 |

Accounts that need reconnecting still count. Google Drive doesn't count. Each Facebook Page and LinkedIn Company Page counts as one account.

</Frame>

When you reach the limit, PostOnce shows **Account Limit Reached**. Remove an account or [change your plan](/help/plans-and-billing#change-your-plan) to connect more.

## Remove an account

Click the **×** next to the account and confirm **Disconnect**.

* Posts scheduled for that account won't publish, even if you connect the same account again later.
* Workflows that use the account are kept, but skip it.
* Connecting a removed account again uses an account slot.

To also revoke PostOnce's access on the platform's side, remove PostOnce from the connected apps in that platform's settings.

## If an account needs reconnecting

Platforms sometimes withdraw access, for example after a password change. See [Reconnect an account](/help/reconnect-an-account).

## Still stuck?

Search this help center with <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd>, or email [support@postonce.to](mailto:support@postonce.to) from the address you use for PostOnce. Include the platform, the approximate time, and the exact message you saw. Never send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or card details.
