# Plans and the free trial

> PostOnce Creator, Pro and Agency plans and prices, what the 7-day free trial includes, what happens when it ends, and how to upgrade or downgrade.

## Plans

Every plan includes scheduling, reposting existing posts, image repurposing, all platforms, and the [API and AI assistant access](/help/connect-ai-assistant). Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months. See current prices on the [pricing page](https://postonce.to/pricing).

## Free trial

Try PostOnce free for 7 days. No card is needed. The 7 days start when you activate your first workflow, at the last step of setup (**Activate & start trial**). During the trial you can connect up to 5 accounts, create up to 3 workflows and publish 10 posts. PostOnce shows a reminder when 2 trial posts are left.

When the trial ends or you use all 10 posts, publishing pauses. You're never charged automatically, and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan to resume where you left off.

## Change your plan

Click **Upgrade plan** in the sidebar, or open [Upgrade](https://postonce.to/dashboard/upgrade), and choose a plan.

* **Upgrading** applies right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
* **Downgrading** also applies right away. The unused time on your current plan becomes a credit on your account, which is used for your next invoices.
