Billing is handled by Stripe. PostOnce never sees your full card number.

Open billing

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing. The Stripe billing portal opens, where you can change your card, download invoices and receipts, update billing details, and cancel.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing.
  2. In the Stripe billing portal, choose Cancel subscription.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then publishing pauses. Your accounts, workflows and queued posts are kept if you come back.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of a payment. Email support@postonce.to from the address on your account with the subject “Refund request”.

Why was I charged?

Open Billing and check the invoice. The usual reasons:
  • You chose yearly billing, which charges a year in advance.
  • You changed plan, which charges or credits the difference right away.
  • Your plan renewed because the subscription wasn’t cancelled before the renewal date.
If a charge doesn’t look right, email support@postonce.to within 7 days for a refund.

If a payment fails

PostOnce emails you and pauses publishing until the card is updated. Your workflows and scheduled posts are kept. Update your card under Billing, and publishing resumes. Posts that missed their time while paused don’t all publish at once. Review them under Needs attention on Posts › Scheduled.
