Add Google Drive to a workflow to keep a copy of every post’s media and caption in your Drive. Drive doesn’t count toward your plan’s account limit.
Connect Google Drive
On Accounts, click Connect Google Drive and approve access. The same connection is used to import images into Create Post.
Add Drive to a workflow
When you create a workflow, choose Google Drive under Publish or back up to. You can back up only, or back up and publish to social accounts in the same workflow. Existing posts can be backed up too.
Where files go
By default PostOnce saves to:
Each post is saved as its media files plus a _caption.txt file. To use another folder, open the workflow’s Settings › Destinations, pick Google Drive and click Choose folder (optional). Shared drives work too. Use default switches back.
The workflow’s filters apply to backups, so posts excluded by a keyword filter aren’t backed up.
If Drive disconnects
Backups pause until you reconnect Google Drive. Files already in Drive are never deleted. If you remove the Drive connection, pending backups are discarded and aren’t restored when you reconnect.
