Open Accounts and click Connect next to the platform. The platform shows its own login screen where you approve access. PostOnce never sees or stores your social media passwords.
The Connected Accounts page with a Connect button for each platform and a Generate invite link button

1: connect a platform. 2: create a link a client can use to connect their own account.

You can connect several accounts on the same platform. Each platform has its own requirements: Managing accounts for clients? Send them a client invite link instead of asking for their login.

How many accounts you can connect

Accounts that need reconnecting still count. Google Drive doesn’t count. Each Facebook Page and LinkedIn Company Page counts as one account.

Shown when you've used every account on your plan

When you reach the limit, PostOnce shows Account Limit Reached. Remove an account or change your plan to connect more.

Remove an account

Click the × next to the account and confirm Disconnect.
  • Posts scheduled for that account won’t publish, even if you connect the same account again later.
  • Workflows that use the account are kept, but skip it.
  • Connecting a removed account again uses an account slot.
To also revoke PostOnce’s access on the platform’s side, remove PostOnce from the connected apps in that platform’s settings.

If an account needs reconnecting

Platforms sometimes withdraw access, for example after a password change. See Reconnect an account.
