Post every video everywhere
Posting the same video to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Facebook reaches new viewers on each platform with no extra filming.- One maths-games site auto-posted every TikTok to Reels, Shorts and Snapchat. Its top video got 2.1M views on TikTok and 3.2M on Instagram (source).
- A guitar app posted 3 videos a day and reposted each to 4 platforms. It reached 100,000+ users within 5 months (source).
1
Pick your main platform
Post where you film and edit, usually TikTok or Instagram. That account is the workflow’s source.
2
Create a workflow
Add every other platform as a destination. Each new post is copied automatically, without a watermark (Workflows).
3
Adjust each destination
Rewrite captions per platform and remove calls to action that don’t work there (Captions). Space out posts with Set time between posts (Timing and spacing).
Remake your winners
A hit is one video, not a system. When a video beats your median, make 5 to 10 more like it, changing one thing each time.- Expect each remake to get about 20 to 33% of the original’s views, with the occasional remake doing several times better. Together, 5 to 10 remakes roughly match the original (source).
- Don’t post exact copies. Change the hook, the example or the visual.
Fill new accounts with your back catalog
A new destination account starts empty. Existing posts in a workflow republishes your past posts gradually, for example one a day at 9:00 AM, so the new account fills up without flooding it (Repost existing posts). Warm the account up first (Warm up a new account).Add accounts
More accounts mean more chances for a video to take off. Founders added accounts per niche, per language or per country. Reposting winners from accounts in Spain, Germany and Australia, with translated text, added about 20% more views per country (source).- Warm up every new account before it joins a workflow.
- Give each account its own angle, such as a niche, language or audience, so they don’t compete for the same viewers.
- Don’t flood one account. One app’s TikTok views fell to about 5 per video after it raised its posting volume, while Instagram held steady (source). PostOnce caps automatic posts per account on TikTok, Instagram and X (Timing and spacing).
- Check which accounts carry your views under Top accounts in Analytics.
